1. Foiling is easier to get into for surfers 🏄🏽‍♀️

If you already surf, wingfoil will be an easy transition for you. The basics of balance, glide and reading the water that you master in surfing will be a great help to you as you begin.

You’ll need to learn how to handle the kite and foil, but experienced surfers are generally quick to adapt. With a bit of practice, you’ll be able to fly and play with the wind and be sailing within a few hours.

2. Wingfoiling and surf foiling offer you more possibilities 💨

Surfing depends entirely on wave conditions. Wingfoiling depends on the wind. If you can link these two activities together, you’ve won everything!

The wingfoil will allow you not only to glide over the water even when there are no waves, but also to surf when the wind and the waves are right.

This means you can take advantage of all conditions, whether the ocean is flat or rough. As a surfer, you won’t be limited by waiting for the perfect wave. With the wingfoil, you’ll be able to ride the swells offshore and upwind to do it again and again.

3. Surf foiling

The wingfoil will allow you to get to grips with the foil, which will help you if you want to spend even more time in the water and try your hand at surfing.

Surfoil will allow you to catch waves that traditional surfing can’t. Surfoil will be accessible in low swell conditions, allowing you to considerably increase the number of days in the water. Once you’ve mastered surfing, you’ll discover even more surfing possibilities and once again you’ll be able to pump and reconnect with the waves (be careful, your thighs will heat up very quickly 😉 ).

PS: if you start surfing, don’t forget to wear protection (helmets at least). The first falls can be impressive. Avoid the foil as much as possible when you fall and make sure no-one is in front of you when you catch a wave!

Wingfoil or surfoil offers a new dimension for surfers looking for something new or wanting to spend more time in the water. Whether you want to extend your sessions on days when there are no waves, explore new aerial sensations or simply diversify your surfing, this discipline has everything to appeal to you. So if you’re a surfer looking to enhance your surfing experience, wingfoil is the perfect complement.
