All our courses have steps according to your learning, you will advance faster depending on your adaptation to the elements. What do we do day to day?
First Lesson
Immerse yourself in the world of wing foiling by mastering the wing from the sand. You will learn fundamental notions about the wind window, how to assemble the equipment, and how to fly the wing with control and precision. From holding it stable to generating power and exploring the wind window, you will quickly develop confidence and coordination, learning to control the wing smoothly with both hands. You will then practice knee starts, while navigating in different directions on the water.
Second Lesson
This session focuses on balance, body positioning, and coordination as you learn to move efficiently on the board. You will practice knee starts and progress toward standing up, while navigating in different directions. By understanding how to manage power and adjust your stance, you will begin to ride with control and maintain your course.
Third Lesson
Discover the sensation that defines wingfoiling: flying above the water. You will be introduced to the foil and learn how to manage takeoffs safely and progressively. This lesson emphasizes posture, balance, and smooth power control to achieve your first controlled flights. The goal is to feel comfortable lifting onto the foil while maintaining stability and confidence.
Fourth Lesson
Refine your foil control and extend your rides. This session is dedicated to improving speed management, direction, and overall stability while flying. You will learn how to keep the board level, anticipate movements, and initiate smooth turns. Navigation becomes more fluid as your confidence and technical awareness grow.
Fifth Lesson
Achieve true autonomy and refine your style. This final lesson focuses on riding longer distances in flight, improving transitions, and fine-tuning your technique. Personalized coaching helps you identify areas for improvement and progress efficiently. By the end of this session, you will be riding independently with confidence, control, and flow.
